If it is still in the package and was broken during shipping, we will refund you the cost of the broken item or send you a replacement (Not On Clearance Items). Q: How long does it take to ship my order? / Where do they ship from?

A: We process, pack and ship out ALL orders each and every day from our home office in Texas. All orders are processed and packed on a first come first serve basis and are usually processed 1 day after your order is placed (Not Saturday Afternoon or on Sunday). Once processed and packed, it will be delivered to the post office and they will take it from there. Shipping times vary based on the type of shipping you select when placing your order.

Q: How long to get my order?

A: That depends on what type of shipping you select (1st class, ground, priority, overnight, etc.). In short, since we process, pack and ship out all orders each and every day (No Sunday and Holidays) from our shop in Texas, your order should arrive in 7 business days or less.

Q: Do They Come Already Wound Up and Ready To Fly?

A: No. Unfortunately, because we live in such a litigious society these days, we cannot and do not pre-wind the Butterflyers for you due to liability reasons. You must wind them up and put them inside the box, the card, book, or anything else you want. You also assume all liability of who you choose to send them to should they have an adverse reaction due to the shock and surprise of a Butterflyer flying out of whatever you put it in. Always use your best discretion when deciding who to send our product to. It is not suitable for all people in all circumstances.

Q: Can these be used more than once?

A: Absolutely! You can use them over and over again.

Q: How many Butterflyers fit inside the box?

A: You can fit up to 8 Butterflyers inside the Exploding Gift Box. However, we recommend 4-8 so they do not get tangled up when flying out of the box.

Q: Is The Box Already Decorated?

A: No. The box does come preassembled, but it is not decorated. That's why our high quality boxes cost less than anywhere else. Also, the person you're giving it to would most certainly want you to write them a hand written note and add photos that are meaningful to them. Never give someone a plain box! Q: What Size Photos Should I Print For The Box?

A: The best size for photos on the 8 outer fall down panels is 4x4 inches and the best size for the innermost 4 panels is 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches. There’s actually 12 total panels (3 on each of the 4 sides) in the box so depending on how you decorate them, you can actually have 20 sides to decorate not counting the outside of the outer panels of the box. You can also decorate the inside of the lid too! That photo size is best at 5x5 inches.   Here's a short time lapse video that will give you some ideas on how to decorate the gift box: https://youtu.be/RNrn8TQpB3c

Q: Do the Butterflyers come with a Box or Greeting Card?

A: Sorry, no card is included unless otherwise specified. We do sell cards and combos of cards with a flying Butterflyers. So, please look closely at the product images and the titles. If it doesn't say Card & Flying Butterflyers or Box with Butterflyers, then they are sold separately.

Q: Can I put more than one Butterflyer inside a card?

A: Yes. However, if you put more than two inside any greeting card the wings may get tangled up with each other and they may not fly out as they are designed to do. If you want to put multiple Butterflyers inside a single card, we recommend getting a card with multiple pages inside so the each page acts as a divider for the different Butterflyers you put inside it.

Q: How big are the Butterflyers?

A: Butterflyers are about 5 inches wide and 4 1/2 inches tall and fit inside any standard 5x7 (or larger) greeting card and inside any of the exploding butterfly boxes we sell.
