Q: What if my wind up flying Butterflyers arrive and one or more of them is still in the package but broken?

A: Don’t Open It! We offer a “Flaw Free Guarantee”. So, if it is still in the package and was broken during shipping, we will replace it for free. Just email us at butterflyersinc@gmail along with a photo of your broken Butterflyer still in the package and we will replace it for free. Our guarantee expires 72 hours after the package arrives so please be sure to open it up and inspect your items the day you receive them. Then, contact us ASAP if anything is wrong with them


Q: What is your Return / Refund policy?

A: We refund any order to anyone who pays to ship back any unopened or unused items with in 72 hours from the time they received their order. However, there is no refunds or exchanges on any clearance items. We cannot and do not pay any shipping costs to return any items. 


Q: How long does it take to ship out my order?

A: We process orders each and every day. Once processed and packed, it will be delivered to the post office for shipping to you. Q: How come my wind up flying Butterflyer isn’t flying like the ones in the videos I saw?

A: Be sure to watch this video on how to properly wind your Butterflyers before giving up or complaining that your Butterflyers do not fly well (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A1N1GgTpnQg). 99.9% of the time when someone says that theirs do not fly like those in the video, it’s because they are not winding it enough or they are winding it too much.


Q: What do I do if my order has been lost in the mail?

A: If you have tracked your package and for some reason believe it has been lost, contact your local post office first and give them the tracking information. Once it leaves our hands and is placed into the hands of USPS, there’s not a whole lot we can do. If for some reason they still can't help you, please Contact Us and we will do our best to help you find and receive your wind up flying butterflies.
